Delightful New Kitchen

Our team has been working on this kitchen renovation since late winter and we’re thrilled it’s completed! We created a more spacious feel by adding a sliding door (better access to the backyard) and knocked down a wall to create a more open and expansive space. The colors and design elements came together nicely. What do you think?

Let’s Learn Together Childcare Center

Looking for childcare in Arlington? If so, you’re in luck because our McDonald Contracting team just finished the design and build for Let’s Learn Together Childcare Center. The biggest changes we made were adding walls and half walls for privacy, installing new flooring, adding kid-sized bathrooms, and putting in a handy new kitchen.

Let’s Learn Together is set to open this summer on Water Street in downtown Arlington. Their space is located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building which makes for a really unique and inviting space. They have rooms for infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-k. Brand New In-Law Attic Suite

Our team has been working on this in-law attic suite for some time, and it’s so exciting to see the finished product. The homeowners wanted to utilize their attic space better and decided to build an in-law suite that included two bedrooms, one bath, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and even a laundry nook.

By installing skylights, we brightened the space beautifully. We also used light-toned paints, hardwood floors, and detailed trim work to create an attic oasis to be loved for years and years to come. The homeowners also did a great job of decorating the space, so it’s comfy yet sophisticated.
