Winchester Home Flip: First Floor

10Sep2026

Sometimes, the best way to create the home you really want is to start from scratch. For this project, we took an older home and transformed it into a beautiful, brand-new custom home designed around how today’s homeowners want to live. From the fully finished basement and spacious attic to the stunning primary suite, open-concept kitchen, and thoughtfully designed living spaces, we built every detail with comfort, functionality, and style in mind. Our team at McDonald Contracting loved bringing this vision to life and creating a home that feels completely new while making the most of the property itself.

Let’s start by looking at the outside of the house!

From Dated to Beautiful: A Stunning Kitchen Transformation in Andover, MA

14Aug2026

A kitchen renovation can completely change the way a home looks, feels, and functions—and we’re excited to share one of our latest projects in Andover, MA.

Our team at McDonald Contracting transformed this dated kitchen into a bright, timeless, and functional space designed around the homeowners’ needs. The original kitchen featured dark oak cabinetry, dated flooring, and a layout that no longer worked for the space. We replaced it with custom cabinetry, a large center island, beautiful countertops, updated lighting, and thoughtful details throughout.

The result is a kitchen that feels brighter, more open, and much more welcoming for everyday life.

Take a look at the before-and-after photos to see the transformation and how our team at McDonald Contracting brought this Andover kitchen renovation to life.
