Let’s Learn Together Childcare Center

Looking for childcare in Arlington? If so, you’re in luck because our McDonald Contracting team just finished the design and build for Let’s Learn Together Childcare Center. The biggest changes we made were adding walls and half walls for privacy, installing new flooring, adding kid-sized bathrooms, and putting in a handy new kitchen.

Let’s Learn Together is set to open this summer on Water Street in downtown Arlington. Their space is located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building which makes for a really unique and inviting space. They have rooms for infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-k. Check out the before, during, and after photos/videos of their great space.

Congrats to Mary and Catherine for getting your business off the ground!

Brand New Three-Family Home

Our team has been working on building this three-family home in Waltham since last summer. The house that was previously there sadly burnt down and we had to build a new home from scratch. It’s been a really exciting project and we’re happy to say that all three units have officially been sold! They went quick and you’ll see why.

Before:

As you can see, we had a blank canvas to start from (with some limitations, of course) but it was exciting to build a brand new home.

After: Our realtor friends at Exp Realty took these photos of the finished product. Thanks for all your hard work!

What do you think? Do you love the finished product as much as we do?  Congrats to the three families who bought these beautiful condos. We wish you the best of luck in your new home!

Exquisite Kitchen Renovation

Walking into this kitchen is like walking into an HGTV set… needless to say, it’s gorgeous!

Our McDonald Contracting team helped the homeowners create a more stylish, modern, and user-friendly kitchen. We opened up the kitchen height by hiding the soffits, which were being used to hide plumbing and electrical cords. Once we opened it up we were able to move around the appliances to create a better flow.  We also updated all the kitchen countertops and cabinets and added in custom shelves for better storage. Check it out!
