Brand New Basement Bathroom

This bathroom started as a dingy, dirty and useless basement. Why was it useless? Well, because the homeowners were not utilizing the basement (talk about wasted space). Our team helped the homeowners figure out how to make their basement usable and functional space for the whole family. The end result was a total basement remodel, which included a bathroom with a shower and laundry. The results of this bathroom design are truly astonishing.

We love the clean yet inviting feel the bathroom evokes. It’s the perfect mix of sophisticated and comfortable.

Renovated Condo Kitchen

Can you believe this gorgeous kitchen is located in a condo? Well, it is! Not only is it the perfect size, but its modern, functional and has unexpected details that make a big impact.

One detail we’re loving in this kitchen remodel is the natural soffit. The soffit adds just the right amount of dimension to this space. Soffits are a great way to add an architectural feature to your home without breaking the bank. See below to check it out.

The homeowner came to us because of water damage. Our team worked fast to create a kitchen design that fits perfectly with-in the condo’s floor plan. The new design provides a seamless flow as well as plenty of storage and usable counter space.

Let us know what you think about this newly renovated kitchen. Our team at McDonald Contracting had a blast working on this project.

Modern Bath Remodels

Along with renovating the kitchen in this Arlington home we also renovated their two bathrooms. Our team was able to maximize its square footage by using clever storage, such as the built-in shower shelves. These baths were completely gutted, allowing us to create new and modern spaces.

To help create a modern look we used lighter wall colors, white and gray tiles,  and sleek new accessories to balance it out. The glass shower panels create a seamless look that makes the bath appear bigger than it is. We improved the lighting immensely by using mirrors that have lights built-in and by adding more recessed lighting.
