Complete Condo Renovation in Salem, MA

8Oct2026

Our team recently completed a full condo renovation in Salem, MA, transforming a dated space into a bright, modern home with thoughtful finishes throughout.

This condo was in need of a major renovation, so we completely gutted and remodeled the interior, updating the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, living spaces, and more. The result is a fresh, cohesive design that combines functionality with custom details.

The kitchen renovation features crisp white cabinetry, quartz countertops, a custom patterned backsplash, modern appliances, and a gold-tone faucet and hardware for a sophisticated finish. Throughout the home, new flooring, fresh paint, updated lighting, and carefully selected finishes help create a seamless look from room to room.

We also gave the bathrooms a complete refresh, incorporating modern vanities, updated tile, custom fixtures, and elevated finishes.

One of our favorite features is the updated living room fireplace, which adds character and serves as a focal point in the open living space.

From the initial demolition to the final finishes, this Salem, MA condo renovation was a complete transformation—and a great example of how a whole-home remodel can turn an outdated property into a beautiful, modern space.

Considering a condo renovation or home remodeling project in Salem, MA or the surrounding area? McDonald Contracting can help bring your vision to life.
