The commitment to quality contracting in the Greater Boston area is inspired by Phil McDonald, grandfather of current company Owner Ed McDonald. Today Ed has successfully compiled a hard-working, efficient and responsible team dedicated to the same principles he was inspired by years ago as a kid.

Owner and Founder of McDonald Contracting and McDonald Electric. Ed has been a strong leader since day one of opening the business. Today Ed is proud to lead a team of 23+ employees and strives to deliver the best product and experience possible.

James McDonald,
Project Manager

James has been a Project Manager since July 2013. He takes pride in helping to manage projects and working directly with our clients, ensuring they are heard and are satisfied with the job.

Mary Gill,
Office Manager

Mary is the heart and soul of the McDonald Contracting office! She takes immense joy in interacting with our clients daily.

Shawn Power,
Project Manager

Shawn has served as one of our skilled Project Managers since 2015. He takes great pleasure in supervising every project and witnessing its transformation into reality.
